Welcome to BuildQualityMuscle.com. Take a look around for quality information on muscle building supplements, workout routines and nutrition!

At Build Quality Muscle, our goal is to provide good, honest pre-workout reviews, as well as shed insight into how to build muscle effectively, and gain strength. We are by no means experts, or scientists for that matter. We will be trying as many different pre-workout supplements that we get the chance to, and will provide an honest, un-biased opinion on them.

We will also use our combined 10+ years experience in the gym to try to help out novice, and maybe even more advanced lifters.
